Anyone interested in a digital marketing or strategic communication certification can register with IPAM at the University in Sierra Leone.
The Centre of Excellence in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEEI) at the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) in partnership with VR&C Marketing, has launched two new Certified Digital Marketing Short Courses.

Who Should Register:
The courses are open to students, private individuals, institutional staff, professionals and entrepreneurs looking to for hands-on digital skills training to improve sales and or amplify a message.
Course Offerings:
- Strategic Digital Communications: This course is designed for Public Relations Officers, Communications Managers, and other professionals. It focuses on creating impactful digital communication strategies within organizations.
- Digital Marketing for Entrepreneurs: This course provides business owners with the tools to expand their reach, boost engagement, and drive business growth in the digital space.
How Long will the Courses Run?
Each course runs for 16 hours over two months (April 10th-June 6th, 2025) with two-hour weekly sessions every Thursday and Friday from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM GMT.

- April 17th and April 18th 2025
- April 24th and April 25th 2025
- May 1st and May 2nd 2025
- May 8th and May 9th 2025
- May 15th and May 16th 2025

How to Register for the Courses
Everyone must complete a registration form and pay for certification.
Interested individuals can register for the courses in-person by visiting IPAM within the University of Sierra Leone. An online process has also been created to allow for easy registration.

Step 2: Upon submission, you will be redirected to the payment page. Payment must be made in full to complete registration.
If you are not redirected and an error message appears in red, it means you didn’t respond to a question or entered the wrong characters. You must therefore review and re-submit in order for your registration to be finalized and complete.
What Are the Course Fees?
- Professionals and Entrepreneurs: NLE 7,000.
- Master’s Students (University of Sierra Leone and other institutions): NLE 2,500
- Undergraduate and Diploma students (University of Sierra Leone and other institutions): NLE 1,500
